Coast has built its reputation in the business travel market and continues to lead the industry. Quality loyalty programs and a dedicated corporate sales team ensure that Coast stays at the forefront of this important market. Coast is also developing a network of resorts and leisure oriented hotels by growing with the leisure market. Properties are carefully selected to complement and enhance business-oriented properties, resulting in a diverse network of unique hotels and resorts.

Management Contracts
Management of your property means hands on, day to day management by hospitality professionals. You don’t have to worry about the daily operations of the hotel, that’s our responsibility. We bring established and proven management systems along with Coast’s brand standards and show the results that ownership requires.

The backbone of our operations is Coast's state of the art Central Reservations System providing seamless access via both voice and EDS (GDS, Internet) distribution channels. Sophisticated brand management, combined with strong regional and national marketing programs, ensures the Coast message is always in the marketplace with consistent messages. A team approach to sales ensures maximum effort across all market segments, as well as active participation in special interest and travel industry trade events at all levels. Coast managed properties are supported by a revenue management department dedicated to maximizing available revenues on an ongoing basis. Our People and Culture department brings in-depth training programs and a strong commitment to developing human resources whilst keeping Coast on the leading edge in service. Up-to-date accounting and reporting systems help to optimize efficiencies in all aspects of operations.

As owners of our own properties we understand our responsibility to you the hotel when managing your property. It’s a simple formula, drive top line revenues, ensuring we watch the expense side of the ledger and produce profits for the ownership of the hotel.

Franchise Agreements
As a Coast franchise you are part of a network of quality properties tied together by a sophisticated Central Reservations System that delivers reservation volume. The system provides seamless access via both the traditional voice channel and all the new and ever-changing Electronic Distribution channels that are in the marketplace today. Our brand management for franchisees, combines strong regional and national marketing programs with a team approach to sales ensuring maximum penetration in all market segments including active participation in all the major Corporate, Group, and Travel Trade shows and events. Our central purchasing gives you access to the highest quality products at the lowest available prices.

With established and proven standards that are backed up by regular inspection visits and reports, we ensure the Coast message is strong and consistent.
