    Conditions: During off season, a credit card is required to guarantee reservations. Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid foreiting one night room and tax. During ski season, a deposit of 1 night room and tax is required at the time of booking. Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting deposit. During the week of Christmas and New Years, the complete stay is taken as a deposit 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival at no penalty. Blackout dates include December 20, 2009 - January 2, 2010.
