The hotel is approximately a 1 hour and 15-minute drive from Calgary International Airport (YYC) via Trans-Canada Hwy/AB-1 W. Get directions from the airport to reach our hotel.

We've partnered with Banff Airporter, an Airport Shuttle Bus service, our hotel stands as the exclusive destination in Canmore for effortless drop-offs and pick-ups when journeying to or from Calgary International Airport (YYC). Their professional drivers provide non-stop transportation for both one-way and round-trip journeys. Enjoy a comfortable ride with high-back seats, and large windows with air conditioning. Secure your reservation by booking online. Locate Banff Airporter on the arrivals level inside the airport.

We offer convenient outdoor parking for just $10 per night, per room. Please note that parking is subject to availability and spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Conveniently located across the street from the hotel at The Shops of Canmore, you'll find readily accessible charging stations for electric vehicles.

A daily pet fee/room applies, and we kindly request that pets are always leashed or crated in both the public areas inside the hotel and around our property. Unfortunately, our hotel does not provide guest laundry services. However, conveniently located just across the road at The Shops of Canmore, there is a coin-operated laundry facility available for your convenience.

If you're traveling with a baby or need an extra bed for an additional guest, our hotel provides a limited number of rollaway beds and Pack 'n Play portable playards. We recommend reaching out to us in advance at 403.678.3625 or email us ccmfrontdesk@coasthotels.com to check availability. There are no additional charges. Please note that rollaways may be tight in two-queen rooms, so we don't recommend them in this room type.

We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diner's Club. Cash and debit can be used as tender at the time of check-out. All guests must provide a valid credit card with matching photo identification issued by the government upon check-in.

Our flexible cancelation policy allows for reservations to be canceled up to 24 hours before your check-in time to avoid a penalty of one (1) night room plus tax at the confirmed rate. Some hotel promotions or discounted rates may have an alternative cancelation policy that is listed on the Offer Details or within the Terms & Conditions.
