Friendly Staff - Clean Reoom With a Beauitful View
Extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff including the restaurant which had great food. Cook accommodated my food request. Very clean room with lovely view of mountains and pond. Unusually quiet - had a great night's sleep both nights. It was easy to pull the car up front to check in - lots of parking. We had a king room which had plenty of space - we didn't feel crammed in at all. There is a nice grocery store within walking distance which came in handy. Great shower in spacious bathroom. The pool is a little small and not very deep, but we still had fun in it. Overall, a wonderful and very pleasant stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

Beyond Expectations!
We were on the return leg of our trips to the Harrison hot springs and Cultus lake, and we stayed at this hotel before heading home to Vancouver. One of the best places we have ever stayed in BC. I was surprised with the service, comfort, and value offered by this hotel.

A Perfectly Lovely Hotel
Situated in a central location, the hotel is quiet (even though our room was just one wall away from the elevators), clean and really comfortable. The staff is great, and the pool, sauna, and hot tub were very enjoyable. I have one suggestion: add a bench to the gym for using the free weights. Thanks for a great stay.
