Island 22 Regional Park

This is great place for a casual long walk with path's that are flat, wide, wheelchair accommodating and that are good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, running, and bird watching and is accessible year-round. There is also a massive fenced-in off leash dog park that is worth checking out if you have a pet. There are two separate areas for dogs, one is for little dogs and the other is for all dogs to run around and make new friends in.

Island 22 Regional Park features include a nice equestrian riding area, a bike skill and jumping track, a boat launch, covered picnic shelter and access to toilets. Please be aware that you might have to pay a $5 fee to use the park during the summer months
