Nelson Park

This is a very popular park for locals and worth a stop if you are in the neighborhood. You can find it right in the middle of the city, and is downtowns largest non waterfront park. Dog owners will love the off-leash area, enclosed with decorative metal fencing, for dogs to run around and play.

From the community gardens, a kids playground, lots of benches and open park space to folks playing bocci ball, to the tranquil water feature - Nelson Park is an urban oasis.
