Conoe Boardroom

Our Conoe Room is our Executive Boardroom, featuring a beautiful solid wood table sourced from here in BC.
Grouse Room
Ideal for events up to 70 people, whether it is for an AGM, reception, or dinner - this room is a great fit.
Seymour Room
As this room is more square compared to the other meeting rooms on the fourth floor, it often feels more spacious.
Cypress Room
The Cypress Room features its own hallway leading to the function space, a large walk-out patio with landscaped greenery.
Vancouver Room
The Vancouver Room is great for small meetings or as a breakout or storage room for larger conferences.
Hemlock Room
Our Hemlock Room is excellent for exclusive, private meetings, as it is the only room without windows.

Coal Harbour A is one side of our grand ballroom, and overlooks the water into Stanley Park and the North Shore Mountains.
Coal Harbour B
Coal Harbour B is slightly smaller than our Coal Harbour A ballroom, and leads directly out to the main foyer space.
