Prestons Restaurant + Lounge in Downtown Vancouver is dedicated to crafting seasonal cuisine that is both innovative and refreshingly local. Our goal is to bring you food from the farm to your table, using fresh and locally grown ingredients in all of our recipes. What we don’t make in-house is sourced from artisans from Vancouver and throughout British Columbia, highlighting the quality and flavour of the West Coast.

Enjoy breakfast, happy hour, or dinner with us! If you'd prefer room service, you can order from our menus and enjoy your meal in the comfort of your room. Room service is available daily from 7am to 9:30pm (18% service charge will be automatically applied).

For just $50 per person, enjoy a choice of inspired starters, savory entrées, and decadent desserts, all crafted to make your evening unforgettable.
