What are the check-in and check-out times?
How do I get to the hotel from the nearest airport?
Our location is just a 10-minute drive from Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR), and our free airport shuttle provides convenient pick-up and drop-off services. If you're coming from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), it's about a 1-hour and 15-minute drive via I-405 N. For directions from LAX to our hotel, click here. What if I find a lower price online, will Coast Hotels match it?

Are cots/cribs/playpens available?
If you are traveling with a baby or need an extra bed for an additional guest, our hotel has a limited number of cots and cribs to reserve and we recommend to please give us a call at 818.845.8586 or email us frontdesk@safariburbank.com to see what is available before you arrive. There is an additional fee per day/room. Unfortunately, we do not have playpens.

What type of payment is accepted to pay for a room?
We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diner's Club. Cash and debit can be used as tender at the time of check-out. All guests must provide a valid credit card with matching photo identification issued by the government upon check-in.
What is the cancelation policy?
Our flexible cancelation policy allows for reservations to be canceled up to 24 hours before your check-in time to avoid a penalty of one (1) night room plus tax at the confirmed rate. Some hotel promotions or discounted rates may have an alternative cancelation policy that is listed on the Offer Details or within the Terms & Conditions.
