How do I get to the hotel from the nearest airport?
The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Nanaimo Airport (YCD) via Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 N. Get directions from the airport to our hotel.
Harbour Air operates a terminal at Pioneer Waterfront Plaza, situated in the heart of Nanaimo Harbour. The waterfront terminal is conveniently located just across from the hotel, offering a quick and brief 3-minute walk from door to door.

We have a connected parkade that is accessible through the hotel parking elevator, complete with electric vehicle charging stations. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Bastion. Excellent food, a great view, and a clean well maintained facility. From the front staff, to the restaurant, we enjoyed our visit very much. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Awesome Experience
The hotel was awesome! It was very clean. The room and view were great! The staff were fantastic! The location was perfect and central. We had a great trip and would definitely stay again and will recommend staying there to our friends and family.

Best View of the Harbour
If you’re looking for a view of the harbour this is the place to be. We were in room 1010 and it was perfect. Large spacious area with a big bathroom. Here are many restaurants surrounding here as well. My husband loved walking the floats.
