How do I get to the hotel from the nearest ferry terminal?
Nanaimo has two ferry terminals. Departure Bay operates ferries bound for Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver and Duke Point links Nanaimo to Tsawwassen, catering to both passengers and vehicles. Our hotel is conveniently situated about a 35 minute drive north on Island Hwy, the primary north–south route spanning from Nanaimo to Port Hardy on Vancouver Island.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool/hot tub?
Unfortunately, we do not have a swimming pool.

There is secure outdoor parking around the hotel for cars, buses, RVs, semi-trucks and trailers.

Coast Hotels are always lovely, but the Coast Parksville is truly outstanding. Everything is perfect -- room is comfy and spotless, the front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and there's a coffee lounge with hot drinks 24/7. You can even play mini golf for free across the street! A great experience.

Great Place to Stay
Recently, I had the opportunity to stay a couple of days at the Coast Parksville Hotel while attending a family matter. If you are looking for a wonderful place to enjoy your time in Parksville, you need not look any further than the Coast Parksville Hotel. Fresh renovations give a positive impression when you enter the room with microwave, sink, fridge, WIFI and relaxing views. The true value of any accommodation is the people that provide services to their guests, everyone at The Coast goes out of their way to make your stay a positive one. I would like to recognize Jufer, the gentlemen at the front desk, always has a pleasant smile, frequently asks if you require anything and an “Enjoy your Day, Sir”! I look forward to staying at the Coast Parksville Hotel again.

Girls Golf Trip
We enjoyed our stay in Parksville Coast as a hub for our golf trip. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern. We met for coffee in the common room and had a great evening in the courtyard under portable heaters later at night.
