We know pets are part of the family, which is why we warmly welcome them at our hotel. Upon check-in, we kindly ask guests traveling with pets to sign a pet registration agreement. We allow up to two pets per guestroom, and all pets must be accompanied by an adult and kept on a leash or in a carrier when outside the room. Please note that pets are not allowed in the breakfast area, food and beverage outlets, or the fitness center.
A pet fee of $50 per room reservation applies, and we welcome dogs weighing up to 50 pounds, or two pets with a combined weight of up to 80 pounds. Pet Policy Agreement
We recognize that your pet is an important member of your family, and we are pleased to welcome both cats and dogs to stay with you, subject to local laws and regulations. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and staff, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:
- A maximum of two pets per room is permitted. Pets under 50 pounds are welcome, or two pets with a combined weight of up to 80 pounds.
- Pets must always remain on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas of the hotel, including the lobby. They must be accompanied by an adult and under control at all times. Pets are not allowed in breakfast areas, food and beverage outlets, or the fitness center.
- Pets may not be left unattended in any area of the hotel, including guestrooms, without the hotel's knowledge and consent.
- Pets must be removed from the guestroom during housekeeping services.
- In the event of noise or disturbance complaints related to your pet, we will issue a warning so the matter can be addressed. A second complaint will require the removal of your pet or, if necessary, your departure from the hotel without a refund. If refunds are issued to other guests due to your pet's disruptive behavior, you will be held responsible for any loss of revenue.
- Pets must be in good health and free from parasites, such as fleas, ticks, or heartworms. If additional cleaning is required due to infestation, the guest will be responsible for all related fees.
- Please notify hotel staff immediately of any pet-related accidents so that appropriate cleaning measures can be taken.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the hotel premises.
