Terms and Conditions: $20 holiday e-gift offer is valid November 12 – December 31, 2024, for gift cards purchased online at coasthotels.com or any Coast Hotels location. For every Coast Hotels gift card valued at $100 or more purchased between the promotion dates, purchasers are eligible to receive one $20 bonus e-gift card which can be used towards future purchases made at any Coast Hotels location. The $20 bonus e-gift is not redeemable for cash. Bonus e-gifts are redeemable starting on the date of purchase and will automatically expire on December 31, 2025. Lost or damaged coupons cannot be replaced. The expiration date of the bonus coupons cannot be extended. Please allow up to 72 hours for your e-gift to arrive after purchase.

Bonus Gift Card Value: A bonus gift card will be issued in the same currency as the purchased gift card. For example, if a customer purchases a USD 100 gift card, they will receive a USD 20 bonus gift card. If they purchase a CAD 100 gift card, they will receive a CAD 20 bonus gift card.

Gift cards can be used at any participating Coast Hotel property to pay for charges including accommodations, and incidental charges directly charged by the property. In some cases, certain services or facilities may be able to accept gift cards as a payment form. Should there be any doubt, we recommend advising the staff member at the time of booking that you plan to apply a gift card to payment.

Gift cards can be delivered to recipients anywhere in North America.

Yes. Once you have entered the shipping information and gift message for the first recipient, there will be an option to “Buy Another Card”. By clicking on this button, you may add cards and enter separate shipping addresses prior to entering your billing information.

Your credit card will be charged when you click “Purchase” during the checkout process.

Coast Hotels gift cards that have been purchased do not expire. Gift cards given by Coast Hotels as a form of service recovery expire 12 months after activation.

Coast Hotels gift cards are not redeemable for cash, nor can any remaining balance be refunded in cash.

The Coast Hotels gift cards can be redeemed incrementally so any unused balance is stored for future use.

At this time, gift cards can only be ordered online or by visiting any one of our Coast Hotels locations.

An e-gift card can be used in the same way as a traditional gift card. The only differences between a traditional gift card and an e-gift card are the delivery and presentation. Rather than receiving a plastic physical gift card, an e-gift card is delivered to the recipient via e-mail or SMS. The recipient can then print out a copy of the e-gift card for redemption at a Coast Hotel property or show it to hotel staff on their mobile device.

If you have not received a receipt for your e-gift purchase or if your recipient does not receive their e-gift within a reasonable amount of time after delivery date selected, double check the e-gift was not delivered to your spam folder, your emails are not blocked by a firewall, you provided a valid email address. To redeem an e-gift card, please show one of our front desk or restaurant ambassadors the e-gift card on your mobile device or print out for redemption. When using an e-gift card for accommodations, we suggest advising the reservations ambassador at the time of booking that an e-gift card will be applied to the stay.

Coast Hotels is not responsible for lost, destroyed or stolen cards. If you lose your Coast Hotels gift card, we are unable to retrieve the balance for you and it cannot be replaced. Coast Hotels gift cards have cash value and should be treated accordingly.

Coast Hotels gift cards and e-gift cards can be purchased at one of our locations or on our website in any denomination ranging from $25 – $500 in both CAD or USD currency.

Gift Card Customer Support is available 6am - 10:30pm PST seven days a week and 24 hours during peak times (ie. December holidays).

Coast Hotels gift cards purchased from this site or from a Coast Hotels Ltd. location in physical and/or electronic format are redeemable against any direct hotel charges at any Coast Hotels Ltd. location at time of redemption and can also be redeemed at the following food & beverage outlets, Shogun Japanese Steakhouse, Minnoz Restaurant & Lounge, Blue Crab Seafood House, and any Prestons Restaurant & Lounge (restaurant locations).

Gift cards are available in Canadian and U.S. Dollars on our website and can be redeemed at any Coast Hotel in either Canada or US regardless of the original currency loaded onto the card. The gift card terminal will seek the current rate of exchange to calculate credit. The exchange rates used are based on current market conditions and cannot be adjusted by Coast Hotels Ltd.

The Coast Hotels gift card may be combined with other forms of payment. Guest charges in excess of the gift card’s stored value may be settled with cash or major credit card. Not exchangeable for cash and has no value unless redeemed. Electronic gift cards are not exchangeable for physical gift cards.

Lost or stolen gift cards: Coast Hotels is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed cards; and prior to notification; Any use of the card is at your risk.

Return policy: We’re sorry, but Coast Hotels gift cards purchased either online or at our hotels or resorts cannot be returned.

Gift card purchases: The gift card is not guaranteed by Coast Hotels where the gift card has been purchased from someone other than Coast Hotels Ltd., or an owned or operated food & beverage outlet.
