That's why we're excited to introduce our Pick Your Perk promotion, adding value and flexibility to your group bookings. Choose your perks when you book a meeting by December 31, 2024, at participating hotels. The number of perks awarded is based on the total room nights actualized for the event, valid for NEW meetings contracted and held by December 31, 2025.
How It Works:
To qualify, you must be enrolled in the Coast Rewards Meeting Planner program. The more contracted room nights you book, the more you earn! Perks increase with the number of room nights:
- Book 25+ room nights: Choose one perk
- Book 50+ room nights: Choose two perks
- Book 75+ room nights: Choose three perks

Must be enrolled in the Coast Rewards Meeting Planner program to qualify. Promotion valid for NEW meetings contracted from June 17, 2024, through December 31, 2024, for groups actualized by December 31, 2025. Incentive selection is subject to availability and must be confirmed at booking. Promotion applicable for new groups only and cannot be combined with other offers. Double Coast Rewards Meeting Planner Points: Earn double Coast Rewards Meeting Points, up to 60,000 points, giving you even more benefits with every booking. Points will be calculated using the standard method and then doubled. Complimentary Rooms: Enjoy a free room for every 40 cumulative room nights booked. Complimentary Afternoon Coffee & Cookie Break: This perk includes one coffee and cookie break per contract, limited to the number of rooms booked on the peak night. 25% Allowable Attrition: Experience flexibility with a 25% allowable attrition for your group. $100 Meeting Planner F&B Credit at the Hotel Outlets: Receive a $100 credit towards food and non-alcoholic beverages at hotel outlets.
