What are the check-in and check-out times?
How do I get to the hotel from the nearest airport?
The hotel is about a 2-hour drive from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) via BC-99 N. Get directions from the airport to our hotel.
What if I find a lower price online, will Coast Hotels match it?
If you find a better rate online, Coast Hotels will not only match the price but will take an additional 10% off the room reservation backed by our Best Rate Promise. See full Terms & Conditions to submit a claim.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool/hot tub?
Unwind after a day of exploring Whistler with a soothing soak in our indoor hot tub or a relaxing session in the sauna. Please note that there is no pool available. Visit our hotel's services & amenities page for more information.
Does the hotel have onsite parking?
Hotel parking is available at $28 per night and includes full in and out privileges. There is no valet service or EV charging. Accessible parking spaces for cars are provided in the self-parking facility. Please note that parking is subject to availability and spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I modify my reservation?
We recommend to call our Central Reservations line at 800.716.6199 or email us at info@coasthotels.com if you need to modify your hotel reservation. Please have the confirmation number ready which can be found on the reservation confirmation email.
Do you have any last-minute hotel deals?
Our Coast Rewards Member Rate is available to you when you join our Coast Rewards program. Savings start at a minimum of 15% off our lowest advertised price and are offered year-round.

Is the hotel pet friendly?
Coast Hotels have many pet-friendly hotels including Listel Whistler, a Coast Hotel. Bring your pet with you for an additional $25 per pet, per night with a maximum of two pets per room.

What type of room can I book?
Our stylish accommodations, located right in the heart of the village, off the main stroll, offer a restful escape with all the comforts you need. Relax in rooms equipped with triple-sheeted beds, free wi-fi, mini-fridges, in-room coffee makers, work desks and HDTVs with premium channels. Explore the wide variety of rooms for the perfect fit.
Does the hotel have connecting rooms?

Are cots/cribs/playpens available?
If you are traveling with a baby, Cribs are available upon request and subject to availability, ensuring your little one’s comfort during your stay. Unfortunately, we do not have cots and playpens.

What type of payment is accepted to pay for a room?
We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diner's Club. Cash and debit can be used as tender at the time of check-out. All guests must provide a valid credit card with matching photo identification issued by the government upon check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our flexible cancellation policy adapts to seasonal needs. For summer stays, reservations are allowed to be cancelled up to two (2) days prior to arrival, and up to seven (7) days for winter stays. For the holiday season, deposits are non-refundable and reservations can be cancelled up to 14 days before your check-in time to avoid a penalty of one (1) night room plus tax at the confirmed rate. Some hotel promotions or discounted rates may have an alternative cancelation policy that is listed on the Offer Details or within the Terms & Conditions.
